Morning flows, evening yin, and guided meditation

Saturday – Arrival Day

  • Afternoon arrivals & time to settle into the villa

  • Light refreshments 

  • Evening: Opening Circle – gentle grounding yoga & breath

  • Dinner

Sunday – Hike & Spinal Freedom

  • Morning Flow Theme: Spinal Freedom

  • Hike: Circuit des Deux Chapelles (~8 km, 2–2.5 hrs)

  • Lunch at villa / picnic

  • Afternoon rest & journaling

  • Evening Yin Yoga: Release for Spine & Shoulders

  • Yoga Nidra / Meditation

Monday – Cultural Day in Dijon

  • Early Morning Flow Theme: Hip Mobility & Strength (prep for walking)

  • Excursion: Dijon (historic center, market, wine & mustard culture, lunch, strolls & shopping)

  • Return late afternoon

  • Evening Gentle Stretch: Travel Recovery

Tuesday – Hike & Functional Flow

  • Morning Flow Theme: Functional Flow (movement patterns for strength + balance)

  • Hike: Les Grilloux (Les Gillot) (~10.8 km, 3–3.5 hrs)

  • Lunch halfway at Restaurant Chez Gaby

  • Afternoon rest

  • Evening Yin Yoga: Hip & Leg Recovery

  • Meditation

Wednesday  – Cultural Day in Colmar

  • Early Morning Flow Theme: Breath & Balance

  • Excursion: Colmar (Alsatian charm, canals, guided walk, lunch, free time)

  • Return late afternoon

  • Evening Gentle Stretch: Relax & Restore

Thursday – Hike & Core Connection

  • Morning Flow Theme: Core Connection (strength, posture & stability)

  • Hike: Forêt de Saint-Bresson (~10 km, 2.5–3 hrs)

  • Lunch at villa / countryside picnic

  • Afternoon cultural outing: small villages in Haute-Saône

  • Evening Yin Yoga: Back & Hamstring Release

  • Yoga Nidra

Friday – Integration Day

  • Morning Flow Theme: Integration & Gratitude Flow (weaving breath, balance, & reflection)

  • Short local hike / mindful nature walk

  • Lunch at villa

  • Free afternoon (rest, pack, journal, or optional nearby visit)

  • Evening: Closing Circle – reflection, meditation, and restorative yoga

Saturday – Departure Day

  • Early departures after light breakfast

  • Farewells

Introducing My Teaching:

Strength, Mobility & Longevity for Life

For the past 15 years, I’ve been guiding people through yoga, but my focus has evolved. Now, I specialize in functional movement, joint mobility, flexibility, and strength training—helping people move with ease, stay strong, and maintain independence as they age.

I primarily work with mature students, supporting them in staying active and confident in their bodies.

Whether it’s playing with grandkids, traveling, or simply feeling good in daily movement, my approach blends mindful mobility with practical strength training to keep your joints healthy, muscles strong, and body resilient.
