Introducing My Teaching:

Strength, Mobility & Longevity for Life

For the past 17 years, I’ve been guiding people through yoga, but my focus has evolved. Now, I specialize in functional movement, joint mobility, flexibility, and strength training—helping people move with ease, stay strong, and maintain independence as they age.

I primarily work with mature students, supporting them in staying active and confident in their bodies.

Whether it’s playing with grandkids, traveling, or simply feeling good in daily movement, my approach blends mindful mobility with practical strength training to keep your joints healthy, muscles strong, and body resilient.
