Exclusive Spring experience that celebrates wellness and local craftsmanship.

We begin our morning at the studio with an elegant Flow Yoga session, designed to harmonize your breath with fluid movement, leaving you centered and refreshed.

Following our practice, we will take a mindful stroll through the heart of Alliston to the Laryssa’s Flowers on Victoria Street. 

There, you will be hosted by the talented Laryssa(@laryssasflowers) for an exclusive, hands-on floral design workshop.

The Masterclass

Under Laryssa’s expert guidance, you’ll dive into the world of botanical design. Using a selection of premium, seasonal blooms, you will learn the secrets of color theory and structural arrangement to create your own professional-grade floral centerpiece to take home.

Introducing My Teaching:

Strength, Mobility & Longevity for Life

For the past 15 years, I’ve been guiding people through yoga, but my focus has evolved. Now, I specialize in functional movement, joint mobility, flexibility, and strength training—helping people move with ease, stay strong, and maintain independence as they age.

I primarily work with mature students, supporting them in staying active and confident in their bodies.

Whether it’s playing with grandkids, traveling, or simply feeling good in daily movement, my approach blends mindful mobility with practical strength training to keep your joints healthy, muscles strong, and body resilient.
