​Escape the noise and rediscover your rhythm with Summer Soul, an immersive full-day wellness retreat hosted at the serene Sherwood Farm.

This curated experience is designed to align your internal energy with the vibrant peak of summer, offering a sanctuary for reflection, movement, and profound rest.

The Journey
Morning: Awakening & Connection

We begin our day in the soft morning light with a Solar Flow Practice, designed to stoke your internal fire and build gentle heat. Once we are centered, we transition into a sacred Cacao Ceremony. Through the medicine of heart-opening cacao, we set our intentions for the day and connect with the collective energy of the group.

Midday: Nourishment & Nature
Enjoy a wholesome, chef-prepared lunch featuring seasonal ingredients designed to fuel your body without weighing it down. Following our meal, we step into the lush greenery of Sherwood Farm for a Guided Forest Meditation and a Silent Walk. This is a time to practice "Shinrin-yoku" (forest bathing), allowing the sounds and scents of the woods to ground your nervous system.

Afternoon: Wisdom & Stillness
Gather for an insightful Ayurvedic Lifestyle Talk, where we explore how to adapt your diet and daily habits to the summer season (Pitta season) for optimal balance and cooling energy. We conclude our journey with a deep Restorative Yoga Practice. As you settle into supported poses, you will receive gentle, hands-on Thai Yoga touches, designed to release deep-seated tension and leave you in a state of total bliss.

For the past 15 years, I’ve been guiding people through yoga, but my focus has evolved. Now, I specialize in functional movement, joint mobility, flexibility, and strength training—helping people move with ease, stay strong, and maintain independence as they age.

I primarily work with mature students, supporting them in staying active and confident in their bodies.

Whether it’s playing with grandkids, traveling, or simply feeling good in daily movement, my approach blends mindful mobility with practical strength training to keep your joints healthy, muscles strong, and body resilient.
