What a Week Looks Like
-
3 days cardio — whatever gets your heart rate up and fits your life: a brisk walk, stairs, dancing in your kitchen, biking, swimming, an elliptical, walking the dog with some hills thrown in. This isn't about training like an endurance athlete — it's about moving in a way you'll actually keep doing.
-
2 days resistance training — building real, functional strength using whatever equipment you have available. Sessions are short and focused — as little as 35 minutes, not hours in a gym.
-
1–2 days yoga/mobility — restoring range of motion, easing joint stiffness, and helping your body recover. Flexible by design: anywhere from a focused 15-minute FRC (Functional Range Conditioning) session to a full 60-minute yoga class.

Weekly accountability — you report in, I follow up personally
Why This Actually Works
Most people don't fall off a plan because the plan is wrong — they fall off because no one's checking in. Every week, you'll report back through TrainingPeaks, and I'll follow up personally. That accountability is what turns "I should" into "I did." You're not doing this alone, and you're not doing this unnoticed.
Why This Actually Works
Women 50+ who know they should move more but don't know where to start — and are ready for a plan that meets them where they are.
